我和小草搞了個新竹樹懶瑜珈之西藏頌缽，希望有興趣的朋友可以前來感受。目前我固定執缽時間為每週三、五的下午五點，於新竹市東光路樹懶瑜珈教室，在此列出我二月份的頌缽時間，若有興趣的朋友可前往樹懶瑜珈預約網址，了解細節。而小草固定執缽時間較複雜，大抵是週日於教室、週二下午於教室附近的小套房，也請以預約網頁為準。樹懶瑜珈教室地點請看本文章下方的菇狗地圖。，也歡迎來信imlosting@gmail.com詢問。除東光路教室外，目前我正在尋找台中頌缽的地點中，希望是台中人又有興趣的朋友可以話個蝦，哈。

The current time table for the Tibetan sound massage treatment is at 5pm on every Wednesday and Friday in the classroom of Slothyoga in Hsinchu. The classroom is located near the cross-section of Tong-Kuang Rd. and Kuang-Fu Rd. (I've put the google map on the bottom of this article) For those who are interested in relaxing and slowing down your mind, please book the preferred date by replying the booking website, and you can also mail me (imlosting@gmail.com)for any question. Also, other than in Hsinchu, I am planning on offering treatments in my home in Taichung, so it would be nice to notify me by replying this article if you are interested in receiving treatments in Taichung, thanks.
